During Christmas, I stayed at a hotel that had two stunning restaurants and a prime location! The hotel was situated in the heart of the city and close to shopping centers and restaurants. The first thing I noticed was the excellent customer service provided by the staff. The room was spacious and clean, accompanied by a cozy ambiance. The chef's special meals were an absolute delight and a highlight of the stay.
Although the stay was generally pleasant, the hotel had some downsides. The housekeeping service was slow to respond, and the complimentary breakfast was not up to par.

During my Xmas stay, the hotel offered comfortable and spacious rooms with all amenities. The location was convenient as it was near major corporations and had easy access to transportation. The breakfast menu had a good variety of dishes, and I enjoyed the live counter option.
My overall experience was not great. The room service was slow, and the staff did not seem very eager to help.
